the Loan. If a FIRM map is updated
and the flood status of your property changes subsequently, then you will be
notified within sixty days of the update.

HMDA/Census Tracting: According
to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), passed by Congress in 1975, all
lending institutions that receive more than a hundred loan applications within
one year are required to report public data such as the Census Tract, Race and
Income where they have approved or rejected mortgage applications.
Upon your request, this information can be attached to your Flood
Certificate.
